A "vinyasa-flow" practice just means you'll be coordinating movement with your breath. The brain, the breath, and the body will work together. We'll hustle through a series of poses to heat up the body, then cool it back down with opening and balancing postures, then finish with a must-have peaceful savansana.
* You may want to bring your own mat, water bottle and small towel. We have water available and a limited number of mats if you don't have one of your own.
*This is a challenging class that is welcome and encouraged to all levels!
